We&#8217;ve had an extended summer here (with barely any rain!) and it&#8217;s been 80-90 degrees, even in October! I also now have a small Planta (Sungrow 26&#8242;) greenhouse since this Spring. I have big plans for next year! </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Since I&#8217;m Zone 4, I grow Lobelia inflata in a pot and put it outdoors for the summer. I harvest the whole tops when it&#8217;s mostly in seed. I don&#8217;t need much, as I use it mostly for myself and friends, so I only grow it every decade or so. You don&#8217;t need much!</p>

I&#8217;ve tried growing S. miltiorrhiza and it&#8217;s just too cold here for it. I&#8217;m in south central Montana, Zone 4 and we have 6 months of winter, and it&#8217;s very arid here. I also grow in raised beds because we&#8217;re sitting on top of an old river, so the rocks&hellip;</p>
